About me
Philip Bowman is the Co-founder and CEO of MARIO Education, spent 18 years in the classroom as a learning support teacher, and was named EdTech Digest’s School Leader of the Year for 2024.
NASEN published a 6-year retrospective study on Philip’s unique pedagogical approach to one-to-one learning conversations, known as the MARIO Approach. Co-authored by Universal Design for Learning expert Dr. Katie Novak, the study ranked the approach's efficacy in the top 5% of all educational interventions.
